En Rama occupies a distinguished position in the gastronomic scene of New York as a pop-up Sherry Bar. The wine list offers Sherry exclusively with an average selection of seven different types. At each pop-up edition, an invited chef creates a small menu of dishes which harmonise with the wines on the list. En Rama also collaborates with other establishments like Tertulia and organises events, both in New York and in other cities of the United States.
Flannery Klette-Kolton has been chef and co-proprietor of bigLITTLE Get Together, a creative cuisine company in New York for eleven years. She is a culinary consultant and organiser of private dinners and events for companies. She has figured in numerous articles in the media like New York Times, Huffington Post, Glamour, Paper and Fader, and has appeared on television. Alongside her own business activities, she has collaborated with Momofuku Ssam Bar, Degustation, Tinto Fino and the Meathook as well as working as a culinary stylist for companies like Sweetgreen, Tommy Bahama and Dos Toros.
Kerin Auth Bembry is a passionate epicure, educator and creator of fashions who has dedicated her entire professional career to the gastronomy, wine and culture of Spain. She has appeared in features and articles in the New York Times, Fine Cooking, Vivir el Vino and Wines and Spirits. She is an active tutor for the American Association of Sommeliers and also for Murray’s Cheese. As well as being sommelier at the Sherry pop-up bar En Rama, Kerin collaborates in the kitchen of bigLITTLE. In 2017 she launched La Luz Selections, a communications agency specialising in Spanish and Portuguese wines.
