Falsled Kro / Sortebro Kro


Falsled Kro is a restaurant which boasts idyllic surroundings being situated in Millinge, a small hamlet on the island of Fyn, which is considered the “garden of Denmark. The restaurant, which is part of Relais & Châteaux, is built in classical style and is known for its elegant, French inspired cuisine, based on local seasonal ingredients.

Sortebro Kro is a classic Danish restaurant, with French cuisine, and local produce from Fynen.

Kasper Tind Hasse

Kasper Tind Hasse began his training as a volunteer in prestigious restaurants starred by the Michelin Guide – Geranium *** and AOC ** among others.

He has been sous-chef at Falsled Kro for six years. Before that, he was a member of the team at the restaurant Bistro de Luxe, where he was chef de cuisine, a post he had held on the yacht D’Angleterre as well as in various hotels in the French Alps and the hotel Hesselet in Denmark.


Nicolai Michael Hyllested

Sommelier at Sortebro Kro. after four years working as a head waiter, Nicolai Michael Hyllested has been head sommelier at Falsled Kro. Previously he was head waiter at the restaurant Elverdamskroen and sous-chef at Dragsholm Slot.
