The Copa Jerez Forum will play host to the largest meeting between gastronomy and Sherry Wine with some of the most outstanding figures in the international gastronomic scene. A complete program of lectures, live demonstrations and oenological activities. 


Copa Jerez 2019

Copa Jerez Forum will host a prestigious panel of speakers, including:

Josep Roca

Head waiter and co-owner, with brothers Jordi and Joan Roca, of El Celler de Can Roca, with whom he shares the honour of being awarded 3 Michelin stars and topping the list of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

Ángel León

Known as “the Chef of the Sea” for his unequivocal use of fish and seafood at his restaurant, Aponiente, Ángel León pioneered the use of plankton and discard fish species and created dishes like marine burrata or seafood sausage.

François Chartier 

The Canadian sommelier known to many as “the Creator of Harmonies” and acknowledged the world over as one of the leading experts and pioneers in creating aromatic recipes and food and wine pairings.

2017 Programme

Given the enormous response in 2017, the VIII Copa Jerez Forum & Competition has moved to a larger venue—the Villamarta Theatre. There, on May 28-29, registered participants will be able to attend the Forum as well as Copa Jerez International Final competition, live on stage.
