Excellently sourced produce from unique and exceptional producers, paired with wonderful sherries, Spanish wines, cava and a sherry inspired cocktail menu. We have a huge passion and thirst for sherry. Bar 44 Bristol adds to the hugely vibrant mix of food and drink experiences in the city, and is the brainchild of Tom, Owen and Natalie Morgan. The siblings established their first Bar 44 sixteen years ago and have been at the forefront of the modern Spanish dining revolution in the UK ever since. We pride ourselves in the combination of seasonal dishes, made with some of the finest ingredients from both Spain and the UK. In addition, a 100% Spanish drinks list, featuring rare sherries, Gin Tonicas, bespoke Spanish cocktails and interesting wines from all corners of Spain.
