This cocktail is easy to make in a jug before an event, ideal for a picnic or garden party.

Moscatel is great served with desserts, anything with chocolate is a perfect match – think chocolate mousse or strawberries coated in chocolate.

Ingredients

25ml 
Moscatel
25ml 
Cider Brandy
25ml 
Lemon Juice
50ml 
Apple & Pear Juice
to top 
Soda

Directions

Pour all ingredients over ice, give it a stir and top up with soda.

Add the ice and soda just before serving.
