We’re celebrating International Sherry Week with an evening of some of our all-time favorite wines & Spanish snacks!
Eric Stone of Vines Imports will walk you through the different styles of this historic fine wine of Jerez, Spain: Finos, Manzanilla, Amontillado, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximénez.
We’ll discuss history, winemaking and soleras but most of all we’ll drink delicious sherry and eat delicious food.
Join us! Class will include a tasting of 5 sherries all paired with a dish. Additional glasses of sherry as well as bottles will be available for purchase.
