Dive into the world of sherries at our exclusive five course sherry paired dinner at Ambiente Tapas Hull to celebrate International Sherry Week!
Running from Monday 6th November 2023 until Sunday 12th November 2023, International Sherry Week is now in its 10th year and is the world’s largest celebration of sherry wines from Southern Spain.
We’re celebrating with three sherry paired dinners across Yorkshire, with each focusing on a different sherry producer from the sherry triangle.
Our Sherry Paired Dinner on Wednesday 8th November 2023 takes a closer look (and taste!) at Bodegas Barbadillo and the wonderful sherries that they produce. The sherries you’ll enjoy throughout the evening range from dry all the way through to sweet, giving you an insight into the broad range of sherries available. They’re the perfect introduction to the wonderful world of sherry and will help you discover where your tastes lie as well as enjoying something new!
Each of our Bodegas Barbadillo sherries will be paired with tapas a dish created especially for sherry week. Each course will be a celebration of Spain’s rich culture, produce and heritage, as well as celebrate seasonal ingredients.
We’re excited to announce that Tim Holt, International Area Director at Bodegas Barbadillo, will also be joining us on the evening to provide full tutelage on the sherries you’ll get to enjoy and why they pair so wonderfully with our Sherry Week Tasting Menu.
