Our Sherry Paired Dinner on Thursday 9th November 2023 takes a closer look (and taste!) at Bodegas Gonzalez Byass and the wonderful sherries that they produce.
The sherries you’ll enjoy throughout the evening range from dry all the way through to sweet, giving you an insight into the broad range of sherries available. They’re the perfect introduction to the wonderful world of sherry and will help you discover where your tastes lie as well as enjoying something new!
Each of our Bodegas Gonzalez Byass sherries will be paired with tapas a dish created especially for sherry week. Each course will be a celebration of Spain’s rich culture, produce and heritage, as well as celebrate seasonal ingredients.
We’re excited to announce that Matthew Roberts, Business Development Manager at Bodegas Gonzalez Byass, will also be joining us on the evening to provide full tutelage on the sherries you’ll get to enjoy and why they pair so wonderfully with our Sherry Week Tasting Menu.
