American Son’s new Chef De Cuisine Hamilton Johnson has crafted a special four-course dinner menu featuring one-night-only dishes. Dinner is inspired by Chef Johnson’s fascination with regional cuisines and working with fresh ingredients. He created a menu that takes these discoveries and passions into a new constantly evolving modern dining experience.
Located on K Street, American Son DC Helmed by renowned chef Tim Ma, was recently awarded as one of the newcomer recipients of the Bib Gourmand for 2020.
