Sunday Session: ‘Sherry’ Six wines perfectly paired with a six-course menu An afternoon exploring some of our favourite wines from Jerez. From the Albariza vineyards of Jerez de la Frontera, to the winemaking town of El Puerto de Santa María and north to Sanlúcar de Barrameda, home of Manzanilla. Paul will expertly guide you around the Sherry triangle and some of the incredible wines it has to offer. We will of course be serving brilliantly paired dishes to accompany each wine.
