An evening at Ernesto's with Lustau! Join us as we celebrate Lustau's sherry portfolio and their new Dry Vermut Reserva line with a chef's tasting menu and pairings.
Guests will enjoy creating a three-course menu from a variety of selections curated by Chef Ryan Bartlow.
-Highlights will include Cured Fish with Marcona Almonds, Sopa de Castaña con Jerez Jelee and Faisan con Salsa de Chocolate.
-Desserts will compliment the featured sherries from the Lustau collection.
-The three course menu will be $75 per person, supplements will be available at an additional cost.
-Sherry flights, selected by our Wine Director, Daryl Coke, will be available to accompany your tasting.
Guests can choose from two flight options:
-3 glasses for $45
-5 glasses for $65, with a special Palo Cortado supplementary glass upon request for $18.
**Unfortunately we cannot accommodate dietary restrictions. **Cancellation policy will be applied. Canceling after the 18 hour grace period will result in a $40 per person charge.
