Rosana and the team have put together 5 incredible tapas plates that will work perfectly with 5 delicious Sherries.
WoodWinters are a local Scottish wine merchant and have sourced some brilliant bottles for the evening.
The night will kick off with a Vermut on arrival, very typically Spanish! You will then be guided through the food by Rosana from Indaba and then the Sherries and how they are made by Edward from WoodWinters.
Sherry is the perfect food wine and this authentic Spanish event is one not to miss!
