I have been working in the food and beverage industry for fifteen years. Half my lifetime of pairing a myriad of flavors with a world of wine that is ever-changing. It wasn't until about seven years ago that my palate was forever rocked by the introduction of sherry wine in the form of Maestro Sierra's Amontillado. Since then I have grown from your everyday sherry enthusiast to coordinator and educator. For the past two years, I have been organizing pairing dinners and educational seminars in Montreal, Quebec with a mission to alter people's contemporary perceptions of sherry and to promote the versatility of sherry as a stand-alone wine, a pairing wine, and a cocktail ingredient.
My current project involves importing sherry into Quebec, as well as Ontario. My aim is to promote old and new producers within the North American beverage scene while constantly exploring new projects and relationships within the global sherry scene.
