Sevilla has been my home since 1993. Over 20 years ago I fell in love with sherry wines and added sherry focused gastronomy tours to my regular ones. In 2015 I proudly became a Certified Sherry Educator (formadora homologada) and since then I have also been running sherry tastings (in English) in Sevilla. Teaching visitors about what for many is an unknown and often misunderstood wine is truly a passion of mine. My tours and tastings include food pairings, which for me is the best way for people to get acquainted with the amazing and gastronomic Vinos de Jerez.
