Dehesa is a charcuterie and tapas restaurant inspired by the cuisine of Spain and Italy. 10 years old in 2018, it is watched over by Head Chef Will Breese who creates a seasonally changing delightfully simple menu for the Carnaby masses.
Our terrace is the largest in Soho; our main room bustling; our private dining room is bijou and decadent. All places offer each dish as a plate, or five, to share.
Sherry Wine Pairing
We pair different sherry styles with tapas at each of our restaurants; start with a bone dry fino at Dehesa, then stop for a crisp manzanilla with guindilla peppers from the grill at Ember Yard, before strolling over to Salt Yard for an amontillado with hand-carved Jamon Ibérico.
