We are an independent specialist wine merchant in Glasgow city centre, specialising in Spanish and Italian wines. We stock a small but focused range of quality sherries, from producers such as Valdespino, Lustau, Equipos Navajos, Ximinez Spinola, Urium & Callejuela. We also bottle our own cocktails and run a monthly cocktail club at our spirits shop around the corner, in which we try to feature sherry as often as possible.
Sherry Cocktail
35ml Blanco Tequila, 35ml Manzanilla Sherry, 15ml Poire William Liqueur. Stir over ice and garnish with an olive.
