Sable Kitchen & Bar is located adjacent to Kimpton’s Hotel Palomar in Chicago’s River North Neighborhood. Helmed by Executive Chef Shane Graybeal and Head Bartender Mike Jones, Sable artfully pairs a menu of innovative, seasonally-inspired dishes with Prohibition-era classics and original cocktails. Showcasing one of the Midwest’s largest selections of amber spirits behind a 40-foot bar, Sable has been nationally recognized as a 12-time Tales of the Cocktail nominee and regarded as one of the “Best Bars in America” by Esquire and USA Today.
Sable is open seven days a week for breakfast and dinner and serves brunch every Saturday and Sunday.
Created by Head Bartender Mike Jones, the Cobbler's Square is a strawberry Sherry Cobbler with earthy and bitter notes from amaro and a slight aromatic ‘funk’ from the Jamaican rum with some chocolate notes on the finish.
