Our mission is to offer elegance and simplicity. With a focus on seafood, our executive chef Carolynn Spence puts together dishes that celebrate local, fresh ingredients prepared in a way to each part of the dish to stand out and be recognized. The beverage program is modeled much in the same way; our cocktails are seasonal and simple and our wine list not only has the best local vintners but has exciting old world offerings as well. Our sherry menu is not vast but it is well-curated to be exciting and to stand along side what the kitchen has to offer.

Warm Salted Pistachio Crumble with William & Humbert 30yr Amontillado

The pistachio crumble is a savory, salty and sweet dessert. It starts with a warm pistachio crumble cake which is topped with our house-made pistachio gelato, covered in a pistachio caramel and served with candied pistachios. It is a dream pairing for an aged Amontillado, with the round nuttiness and just a touch of sweet it was a no-brainer when for Chef Carolynn to pair the two.
