BEHER Iberian Ham and Sherry Evening

We are thrilled to welcome the team at BEHER, a renowned name in the world of Iberian ham, for an exclusive Spanish-themed event in our Louis Roederer Room.

Join us for an evening of culinary delight, where you can experience the art of ham carving first-hand, expertly demonstrated by BEHER’s master carvers – led on the night by Juan Manuel Díaz Romero, Ham Master, with insights from Baldomero Moreno, BEHER Export Department Director.

BEHER’s story is one of tradition, excellence, and innovation, dating back to the early 1930s when their founder, Bernardo Hernández Blázquez, began crafting Iberian products using artisanal methods. Over the decades, BEHER has grown exponentially under the leadership of successive generations, becoming an internationally recognised brand synonymous with quality.

Today, they continue to uphold their commitment to authenticity and excellence, now led by the fourth generation of the Hernández family.

At this event, guests will have the opportunity to savour a selection of BEHER’s finest Iberian ham, perfectly paired with a curated range of exquisite sherries, bringing the flavours of Spain to life in an unforgettable experience.

Supporting the event from the UK side will be Leigh Myers and Jonathan Holmes (Wellocks), alongside Miguel Robles (Williams Jacksons Food Group), each bringing specialist knowledge in sourcing, supply, and pairing.
