It’s International Sherry Week – the world’s largest celebration of Spain’s iconic fortified wines – and we’re marking the occasion in true WLWS style: by pairing Sherry with our favourite food… cheese!

This delicious adventure will explore Sherry’s incredible versatility, from the zesty freshness of a crisp, chilled Fino to the deep, nutty complexity of Oloroso – each matched with a carefully selected artisan cheese to bring out the very best in both. Think tangy goat’s cheese with a Fino, or aged Manchego with a rich Amontillado. These are tried-and-tested combinations, but we’ll also throw in a few wildcards to keep your tastebuds guessing.
