Join us at Cockburns of Leith from 6-7pm on Wednesday 5th November to celebrate Sherry Week 2025!
We will be opening a selection of sherries from the producer Diatomists. Founded by three friends with a shared love for the wines of Jerez, Diatomists create a wonderful selection of sherries, ranging from dry Fino to sweet Pedro Ximénez.
Find out how sherry is made and learn about the different styles and suggested pairings!
We will start the evening with a sherry cocktail, followed by four different samples.
