Andalusia in Five Glasses – Sherry Week at FESTUS

Join us at FESTUS in Sopot, on Poland’s Baltic coast, for a special International Sherry Week tasting! We’ll explore five different styles of Sherry – Fino, Manzanilla, Amontillado, Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez – featuring wines from Bodegas Fernando de Castilla and Valdespino. We’ll discover the traditions of Andalusia, learn about its famous tabancos and even create our own Cream-style Sherry by blending Oloroso with Pedro Ximénez.

Spanish tapas, including cheeses and cured meats, as well as Amatller chocolates, will accompany the tasting. Hosted by Piotr Zastróżny and Łukasz Chodacki, FESTUS customer adviser with 15 years of experience in the bar and cocktail world. Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Tickets: PLN 150 per person.
