On Thursday, November 5th at 6:30 PM, join us for an exclusive masterclass with our friend and owner of SAWM Imports, Francisco Astudillo, as we dive into the world of Sherry de Jerez. We will explore six signature styles—Fino, Manzanilla, Amontillado, Oloroso, Palo Cortado, and Moscatel—while sipping, tasting, and uncovering the rich history behind these iconic wines, from their unique terroir and the solera system to both biological and oxidative aging.
