After working for about a decade in high class hotels, Erhard Ruthner started to conduct wine and spirits tastings for the public. As a demanded spirits expert he is working on behalf of various international companies. 2014 he started raise-your-spirits.at where he offers tastings and supplies the gastronomy with expert knowledge. He also works as a trainer for Sommeliers and Barkeepers and teaches service, wine and spirits education in a known tourism school in Vienna. The many titles he holds include Diploma Sommelier, Edelbrand (Spirits) Sommelier, Certified Advisor of Spirits, Sake Sommelier, Cigar Expert, Barista and Sherry Educator.
