A Canadian New Yorker by origin, Nicola Riske is the European Brand Ambassador for The Macallan Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Currently calling Madrid, Spain her home, she has 15+ years of experience in wine & spirits marketing & education. Nicola is internationally recognised for her liquid tastings & trainings, having delivered seminars at conferences around the globe. She currently sits on the Education Committee for the Tales of the Cocktail Foundation, the largest cocktail conference in the world.
Nicola holds her General Certificate in Distilling from the Institute for Brewing & Distilling in Scotland and is both a Certified Sherry Wine Educator and a Certified Olive Oil Sommelier.
Nicola is a passionate sherry lover & believes in making all tastings approachable & fun. Fluent in French & English, Nicola is currently studying both Spanish & Portuguese.
