Lara is a Consultant to the Hospitality Industry and Wine Educator, in Vancouver, Canada. She has earned her Diploma from WSET and is a WSET Certified Educator and a Certified Specialist of Wine from the Society of Wine Educators. Qualified in Food Technology she is also a culinary artist and an expert on food and wine pairing. Given the different styles of Sherry and it's versatility in pairing with a range of foods, Lara has paid particular attention to the wines of Jerez. She is also a Official Sherry Educator, certified by the Consejo Reguladores del Marco de Jerez.
