For over 17 years, this innovatative bar and restaurant have been churning out delicious food, pouring gorgeous wines, and creating innovative cocktails.  With over 19 Sherry wines poured by the glass and a thorough list of Sherry cocktails, it's no wonder Bar Director Ian Adams and Chef Michelle Matthews were crowned overall winner at the 2015 International Copa Jerez Competition in Jerez, Spain.  And don't miss their Sherry Christmas celebration each year!

Sherry Cocktail

Pour: Penelope - Gonzalez Byass Leonore Palo Cortado, Jerez Brandy, brut rosado cava, grenadine, lemon, cacao
Pair: Chorizo-Stuffed Squid, with house-made Spanish-style sausage, confit potatoes, olives, garlic-saffron sofrito and cilantro salsa verde

While this cocktail was developed as an aperitif, it shows remarkably well alongside our popular Chorizo-Stuffed Squid.  The cocktail's subtle sweetness mellows the robust spice of the chorizo and sofrito while the acidity and effervescence cleanse the palate of the dish's fatty richness.
