Ibérica Leeds

la_bodega.jpg

Built within the listed antique Hepper House, Ibérica is the place to go for quality Spanish food and wine in Leeds.
Our wine bar in the basement La Bodega (Spanish for winery) is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of sherry with a plate of Jamón Ibérico or a charcuterie board of Spain’s finest cured meat.
Our aim is to bring an authentic Spanish dining experience to everyone in the UK.
With over 50 different wines, our list is designed to showcase the great diversity of Spanish wines and its different regional varieties.

Produced in the so-called Sherry Triangle, an area lying between Jerez de la Frontera, Puerto de Santa María and San Lucar de Barrameda in the province of Cádiz in South Spain, Sherry is traditionally enjoyed in Spain as a pre-meal aperitif - with the most popular one being the bone-dry, crystal-clear Fino, alongside Manzanilla. At Ibérica we also offer Oloroso, Amontillado, Palo Cortado, and sweet Pedro Ximénez types.

Jamón Ibérico & La Guita Manzanilla

In Spain Sherry is traditionally enjoyed as a pre-meal aperitif, accompanied by artisan cured meat, so we recommend enjoying any of our sherries like La Guita, Tío Pepe, Viña AB, Del Duque, Apóstoles, Alfonso, Matusalem, Néctar, Noé with a platter of our Jamón Ibérico made from 100% pure-breed, free range, acorn fed Iberian pig.
