At Macallan, Dhavall honed his skills under the guidance of industry veterans and embarked on his journey to become one of the foremost experts in Sherry cask maturation. His passion for pushing boundaries and his vision for creating a contemporary style of Sherry-matured Single Malts led him to The Lakes Distillery. As the Whisky Director, Dhavall brought his expertise and creative vision to the table, playing a vital role in developing the Lakes’ house style and establishing innovative production techniques. His contributions to The Lakes Distillery established the brand’s reputation and cemented his status as an industry trailblazer. In January 2022, Dhavall launched STUDIO DHAVALL GANDHI.
