We teach culinary arts and restaurant food & beverage management students about wine in 11 wine and beverage courses for those especially in the Sommelier and Beverage Service Management minor/ concentrations. Education on Sherry is included in three of the courses as well as in the Spirits & Mixology Management course which includes Sherry cocktails. Additionally, we teach the trade and public about wines including Sherry.
