Franck Stofer

Franck découvre la singularité et la profondeur des vins de Jerez en étudiant les vins du monde pour le WSET Diploma. Il décide de se spécialiser sur cette appellation du sud de l’Andalousie et obtient les certifications officielles Sherry Wine Specialist (WSG/Lustau) et Sherry Educator (Consejo Regulador). Aujourd’hui, il partage sa passion pour ces vins gastronomiques en animant des ateliers et des masterclass pour les particuliers et les professionnels. Franck discovered the uniqueness and the depth of Jerez wines while studying the wines of the world for the WSET Diploma. He decided to specialize in this southern Andalusian appellation and obtained the official Sherry Wine Specialist (WSG/Lustau) and Sherry Educator (Consejo Regulador) certifications. Today, he shares his passion for these gastronomic wines by leading workshops and masterclasses for individuals and professionals.
