Henry first discovered sherry at a horse fair in Seville in 2006 and has been hooked ever since. He has worked in the UK wine trade since 2009 and learnt Spanish and a love of Spain whilst first studying and then working there. With several trips in recent years to visit the bodegas of Jerez, his thirst for sherry is never-ending. He currently works as a wine specialist in the iconic upmarket department store, Fortnum & Mason in Piccadilly, London.
