I started my hospitality career in cocktail bars, and my journey into the world of wine started in 2019 with the Ultracomida group (Spanish importer and retailer), working at Curado Bar and then subsequently our specialised Vermouth and Sherry bar - Vermut Bar. Performance and Media graduate, studying wine towards WSET Diploma level.
