206/2007 Klaus lived in Sanúcar de Barrameda for 16 months to learn everything about Sherry. In this time he made also the Sherry Educator education.
He lectures seminars and tasting sessions for hotels and restaurants, but also for non-professional wine-lovers and writes about Sherry for different magazines.
