TWA offers instruction on Sherry in International Certification Programs, including WSET and ISA. Our entry level program will follow the guidelines laid down by the Consejo Regulador for the Sherry Initiation Course. The advanced Sherry course -- 18 hours instruction -- includes more than 30 wines and covers all the major styles of sherry wines.
