My name is Oliver Brandenburg, wine director at Eaternal F&B Korea.
I have been trained as a Hotel Manager and pursued my career as a sommelier in London working for Mandarin Oriental and Hakkasan Ltd. During my time in London I have obtained my WSET diploma and Advanced sommelier certficate by the court of mastersommeliers.
Currently I run our company's wine programme with a strong focus on staff education.
