A true passion for wine, spirits, food and my family.
I was lucky to have a grandfather with one of the biggest wine collections in Belgium, and therefore I drank about all the biggest wines on the planet.
Introduced to sherry from a very young age and my first sip was a Gonzalez Byass la Concha the rest followed very fast.
Thanks to Oscar Bayo Contel, to whom I will forever be grateful, I met Antonio Flores Pedregosa. Antonio taught me about everything you can imagine about sherry, for me the greatest wine poet on the planet.
Courses and lectures in wine and spirits are my middle name.
And on a daily bases I am busy in the wine business and promoting sherry as one of the most beautiful wines in the universe.
