Wine and Sherry merchant and restaurateur with a diverse history in the sector stepping either side of the counter. His curious palate has taken him on endless journeys but none more important than his travels around the province of Cádiz over the last two decades; resulting in his recent certification as a Sherry Educator.
Paul is zealous about Sherry, keen to be the key educator for the South of England; sharing his knowledge, training the next generation, celebrating the producers and selling the product to all who inquire.
His role at Fourth and Church marries the world of Sherry and fine taste with the culinary delights of Chef and business partner Sam Pryor.
