I am partner of the company Sherrybodega.dk that has the purpose to promote and expand the knowledge about sherry in Denmark. I host sherry tastings at wine festivals, wine societies and company events and have been doing this since 2006. I constantly try to expand my knowledge about sherry and I have traveled to Jerez and the sherry area more than ten times and have visited most of the bodegas.
