Sam is dedicated Sherry lover who enjoys sharing his knowledge and experiences with others. After several years experience in an independent wine merchant, Sam established Pago Wines in Autumn 2018, importing the sherries and wines from a portfolio of artisan winemakers in the Cádiz province of Andalucía.
