Lucious lime and fiery ginger beer create this delicious sherry based cocktail.

4/5 fresh lime wedges. Put the lime wedges into the cocktail shaker, then add the sugar and muddle ( squish everything together ) to release the lime juice. Then add 100ml of Lustau East India sherry with lots of ice and shake shake shake!. Pour this mix into a long cocktail glass then top it up with ginger beer and stir!!!!

The ideal temperature at which to serve an Oloroso is at between 12 and 14ºC. 

This is the most suitable wine to accompany red meat and game. It combines perfectly with meat stews and casseroles; especially gelatinous meat such as bull's tail or cheeks. The perfect match for wild mushrooms and well cured cheeses.
