Enjoying sherry wine / cocktails / Fino

El Principio y El Fin

With Fino

The flavors of the sea and subtle tree fruit from the Sherry pair perfectly with the fruity nuttiness of the Rum Agricole and sweetness of the mirin.

El Principio y El Fin

In a mixing glass, pour the Fino Sherry, Rhums, Mirin and peach bitters.  Add ice and stir for 20-30 seconds.  Strain and pour into a large rock filled Old Fashioned glass. Top with Prosecco and garnish with an orange peel curled into a rosebud.  Skewer the garnish to hold shape.  Pour the Muscatel Pasa into a small whiskey glass to accompany on the side.
