The Salt Yard Sherry Trail
In celebration of Sherry Week, it is our pleasure to invite you on the Salt Yard sherry trail. We’ve paired different sherry styles with tapas at each of our restaurants; start with a bone dry fino at Dehesa, then stop for a crisp manzanilla with guindilla peppers from the grill at Ember Yard, before strolling over to Salt Yard for an amontillado with hand-carved Jamon Ibérico.
