10 years old in 2018, it is watched over by Head Chef Will Breese who creates a seasonally changing delightfully simple menu for the Carnaby masses.

The Salt Yard Sherry Trail

In celebration of Sherry Week, it is our pleasure to invite you on the Salt Yard sherry trail. We’ve paired different sherry styles with tapas at each of our restaurants; start with a bone dry fino at Dehesa, then stop for a crisp manzanilla with guindilla peppers from the grill at Ember Yard, before strolling over to Salt Yard for an amontillado with hand-carved Jamon Ibérico. This experience is available from Monday 8 through Wednesday 31 October until stocks last. Enjoy the sherry and tapa pairings for just £6.50 a pop, or take on the trail for only £12. Yes, that’s three sherry tasters, with tapas included… see you at the bar!

On Wednesday 10 October, we’re hosting a special tasting in Dehesa’s private dining room. We’re working away on the menu and will share very soon. If the sherry trail is anything to go by, this tasting is going to be a feast for the senses. Book the date in your diary now!
