The most famous classic sherry cocktail. No base spirit allows the sherry to shine. A perfect balance of sweet and dry.
Serve in a: Coupe
Garnish: Orange twist
How to make: Stir all ingredients together with ice to chill for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass, garnish and enjoy!
45ml Fino Sherry
30ml Sweet Rosso Vermouth
25ml Dry Vermouth
1 dash orange bitters
