Ben Plisky-Somers co-owns bossanova wine & beer - one of Ontario's premier, independent bottle shops (located on Toronto's vibrant Roncesvalles Ave) and import agency. Ben teaches Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) levels 1-4 at Fine Vintage and George Brown College. Ben holds the WSET Diploma, is a judge for the Ontario Wine Awards and was Treasurer of the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers (Ontario chapter).
