Carlotta Salvini

I am a wine communication professional with a strong technical background and over a decade of experience in the wine industry. I hold a Master’s degree in Agro-engineering (2013), a degree in Viticulture and Oenology (2020), and completed the WSET Diploma in 2024. I gained hands-on experience with harvests in Tuscany (2010) Burgundy (2011), New Zealand (2013). Since 2022, I have been the Marketing and Communication Manager at the Brunello di Montalcino Consortium. I managed Hospitality and Direct-to-Consumer sales at Fèlsina winery (2015–2022), and worked as an agronomic consultant specializing in organic and biodynamic practices (2014–2015). In 2019, I was named Best National Sommelier by FISAR. My career bridges technical expertise and strategic communication, with a focus on promoting Italian wine through education, storytelling, and international engagement. I have been a speaker at global wine events and was named among the “Top 50 National Wine Influencers” in 2023.
