Hello, my name is Christian Esser and I am the founder of Wineschool3 and Barschool3 which are training the
Sommeliers, Mixologists and Bartenders of tomorrow.
Originally from Austria, I grew up in a family with a rich history in hospitality and from an early age knew I would continue the family tradition. Austria has some of the world’s finest wines and this was the area I wanted to become expert in. Having completed my National Service, I set out to visit the wine regions of the world! I’m a wine nomad and I have visited the other parts of Europe, North and South America and all over New Zealand and Australia while working in wineries and restaurants. I completed my formal wine education in New Zealand and in 2017 had the pleasure of enjoying wines made from vines I had planted at the Pyramid Valley winery.
Home for the last 8 years or so has been the Cayman Islands from where I travel the Caribbean and Central America offering award winning training and acting as a judge in many
competitions. Rest assured, my clients are always my first
priority.
I specialize in wine, spirits and sake and have a personal preference for whisky and whiskey! We offer training services to businesses of all sizes around the Caribbean and Central America, ultimately improving their bottom line by crafting creative training for their staff.
