From Corsica to the wine world! After some years as a physiotherapist I've decided to change my life and join the wine industry. I also worked in sport events' management. I'm now Head Sommelière at O Chateau in Paris. At the same time, I’m also qualified as sport coach. Finally, you'll find me on social media under the name @extra_brut where I share my wine journey as Stage 2 MW student and passion for wine with (I hope) funny vision.
