Designed for wine lovers and professionals who already have a grounding in Sherry, this second tasting takes a deeper look at some of the region's most fascinating wines, classifications and ageing traditions.
Jimmy will lead a guided tasting of six Sherries, exploring wines and categories including Palo Cortado, En Rama, VOS and VORS.

Over the course of the tasting, you'll move beyond the fundamentals to discover what makes these wines distinctive: how extended ageing changes a Sherry's character, what terms such as VOS and VORS signify, why En Rama bottlings offer a different expression, and where the famously intriguing Palo Cortado fits within the Sherry landscape.
The aim isn't simply to taste six exceptional wines, but to develop a deeper understanding of the decisions, ageing processes and classifications behind them — giving you a more complete picture of what Sherry can be.
This tasting is particularly suited to wine enthusiasts familiar with the principal Sherry styles, wine students and educators, sommeliers, hospitality professionals and members of the wine trade looking to take their knowledge further.

A complimentary tasting kit containing samples of all six Sherry styles will be available to a limited number of UK participants. Only 50 tasting kits are available, so early registration is strongly recommended.
