Here’s a twist on a classic cocktail, with all the bold personality of Manzanilla.

Manzanilla Margarita

  1. Start by chilling the glass where you’ll serve the cocktail, ideally a coupé or margarita glass. You can fill it with ice or place it in the freezer for a few minutes.
  2. Add all the ingredients to the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 10–15 seconds, until the mixture is well chilled and slightly diluted.
  4. Discard the ice from the glass and strain the cocktail through a fine strainer to remove any pulp or ice chips.
  5. Finish by expressing a lime peel over the cocktail to release its aroma, and use it as a garnish.

Manzanilla with food

Manzanilla combines perfectly with fish and seafood, as well as with salted fish and cured meats.

Thanks to its low acidity, it is, together with Fino, the perfect choice to accompany salads, cold soups and dressings.

    Use an ice bucket with both ice and water to serve chilled between 6 & 8º C.
